Ringtail Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our goods.  Ringtail will warranty any item that suffers from defects based on faulty materials or craftsmanship.  This warranty does not cover items that have been damaged due to abuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

Sizing

Size charts are provided on our product pages. Most of our garments are measured flat and you can learn more about that by checking out our Measurement Guide.

Shipping

We do our best to ship orders promptly. Most orders will go out within 2-3 business days. Please remember Ringtail is a very small & humble operation but we promise to do our best in getting your goods out ASAP.

International Orders

Standard shipping on International orders is USPS First Class. Ringtail is not responsible for any USPS First Class orders that are lost once they arrive to the country which they were ordered from.

Return/Exchange Policy

Any unworn/unused items purchased from ridewithringtail.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you received them. Buyer pays all shipping costs to return/exchange items. Please include your order number, reason for the return and remember to get tracking for your package. You will receive a refund within 2 weeks as long as the item is returned in the condition you received it.
